Diet of the plants is I call a starvation diet. You eat that because you couldn't get the meat which was how we as a aboriginal, indigenous people of the world were hunters and we were nomadic. It's interesting because it wasn't until fire and cooking where we able to eat vegetables of any significance in grass and grains no way until we had that change. The domestication of the plants led to this significant rise in all of these diseases that we suffer from.
