Change management, change is really important and how you handle it is really important. But the insert to start change, the one thing I missed is the beginning, which is getting buy-in. So what I did with the company was, I interviewed every single person on our team, customers, loss customers, other executives came back to the team. And they said, let's tweet this tweet that. Then when I went to the whole team and said, hey guys, here's the plan, the top reps were like, hell yeah, I'm totally on board.
