And it just occurred to me that maybe part of the, you know, creating safety and I don't know if you would agree is just like creating a more transparent space. Is that something that you would agree with? It really is. The first thing I implement for any of the companies that I consult for is the transparency around your goals, or around how you get removed and around how you move up.
