One of the interesting things that you said in relation to the team that you were coaching recently was you just set the ground rules by saying, here's how we promote. And it just occurred to me that maybe part of the, you know, creating safety and I don't know if you would agree is just like creating a more transparent space. Is that something that you would agree with? It really is. The first thing I implement for any of the companies that I consult for is the transparency around your goals, or around how you get removed and around how you move up.
