There's a classical side of things and there's a contemporary side. The classical method is the original method from Joseph Pilates. You could do like a weekend course to be a teacher, but it would take you for contemporary Pilates. It's more about short sharp movements, the pulses, kind of more aerobic style workout. But I also want you to feel like you're doing your pajamas with no makeup on.
