When to hire a CRO or the sort of different levels within sales. And then what, what, what are we looking for in sales, rabs versus VP of sales versus CRO? So I think it really kind of is contingent on what stage you're at. What you're looking for there is early stage sellers who ideally are three years ahead of you. Hiring somebody who sells Yelp will be a misfit because those people spend their time having lots of conversations with small business owners.
