A lot of people who are already, they've kind of gone past that point and now they're too far the other way where they're like, more is better. So I'm like, I need to bring them back and focus on quality. That happens to me all the time. Have you had that? Yeah. It's kind of like, I guess people can make the argument from the literature that we have. You don't need to train to failure or like not reps and reserve ever, and maybe you should just stick around like to RER. But it's like in practice, how do you do that really productively for a long period of time?"
