Is Alpha Glycerophosphocholine a Choline Supplement?

alpha glycerophosphocholine or alpha GPC has been used to boost acetylcholine levels and to reduce the cognitive degeneration found in Alzheimer's at a dose of 1200 milligrams per day, dosed as 400 milligrams three times per day. If you eat organic you will have less exposure to organophosphates which cause muscle cells to desensitize themselves to Acetyl Cholinesterase inhibitor (ACI) This can lead to paralysis if your muscles are not strong enough to hold attention for long periods of time.
