The Importance of Movement Calories
Movement is converted into biochemistry, just like food and just like sunlight are. It's an external input that then becomes biochemistry that informs the cells on how to behave. When you get too much, it's equally as harmful as not having enough. And the same goes for this balance of movement. We could be active, but we could be cellularly sedentary in certain areas.
