Adaptability in Jujitsu
If your goal in jujitsu is to fight people your own size, then it's good to train with people who resemble the opponents you're going to fight in a tournament. But on the other hand, fighting those big, strong guys who are way bigger than you can add a whole new level that you didn't even expect. What i've found is there's certain moves that i simply they're too much of a gamble to do against a big, strong person, so i take them out of my game when i'm finhding someone that much bigger. And a lot of that just comes down to awareness of how the body works, and when something is a good idea
