For an athlete whose issue is not fear, but perhaps some habitual overdoing as a result of. I guess we could say faulty coaching, perhaps, or just whatever reason, for them to cut back on that overdoing, they're probably going to have to notice the muscular tension associated with it. Does that make sense too? Absolutely. And, and you know, there's another thing I'd like to jump in here with. People who teach sports or exercises may have an expertise in the, in the area they're teaching. But I think it's a bit much for us to also expect that that same person is going to be an expert in coordination. They may have very good coordination
