The Importance of Data, Behavior and Culture in Change Management
In talking about scaffolding I think you and I in preparing for this conversation we, we were going back and forth about change management. We both kind of like our, actually our business model rests on these three things. And we named them independently of me and we sort of had it was quite a cool like realization we were both think about the same way. But there's also another component in there that's very near and dear to the practitioner's heart which is the idea of learning. That learning piece, go into the behavior it falls into the data as well.
