Magan piper is a clinical psychologist at the university of wisconsin. She's heard people say that quitting smoking is harder than quitting heroine. There are 34 million smokers in the United States, and many can't quit once they start. Magan says one answer could be to simply pay smokers to get treatment for their addiction.
