The Importance of Awareness in Therapy
I think I largely should be the model to my coach Emily. She probably derived from therapy is that the worst thing you can do in those situations is as you say, like abandon. And maybe they just want to get out of there real quickly or maybe like ascend a little bit too quickly to the surface of that. It's interesting because it comes more natural to me to stay with someone in that zone, but maybe not everyone.
