The Downsides of ADHD

The risk of suicide in high school and young adulthood is at an even worse peak in the ADHD population. There are 10 times more likely to have a baby as a teenager. They're not using contraception because all of this requires a little bit of planning and forethought. And then there's that little bit of risk, if you're taking these stimulant drugs, which we haven't looked at here but could be linked to higher rates of heart disease or other conditions.
