The Challenges of Serving Meals on Airplanes
Food safety is key from the product that comes in at our inbound dock all the way through requisitioning it, preparing it and then getting it in chill temperatures to the aircraft on time. Supply chain is always a challenge, even though we are absolutely experts in handling this as you can imagine. I'm just looking out the window. Irops are a big impediment to us because we are literally the last ones touching an aircraft. But we are very focused on our our high performance when it comes to on time info.
