Meditation - How Do You Get Motivated?
When i'm working with somebody, specially recovering people, they're really good at telling you what you want to hear, but then their behaviour is totally different. So i got very interested in knowing how do i know which way do i go? And i lean how to say to watch what they do and not listen too much to what they say. The more i learned people to moe learned about myself. Initially it was for me to deal with the pain, but then iti went way beyond that. It's bein connected to something greater than yourself,. being able to know the truth and let the truth set you free.
