Relaxed Running

How Do You Relax on a Soft Surface?
I find that when you're going around a bend on a grass track you really need to focus on lifting your knees a little bit more. My sprinting coach used to tell me when I was running 400s you should really think about climbing around the bend so lifting your knees up and driving your arms. When you come off the bend that's when you relax. But yeah I find this about a second per 400 depending on the grass. Stole is a bit of an exception like the grass is better than the MCG so I reckon it's half a second to three quarters of a second per lap like it's it's that good. Oh wow. Especially running around please Patix.
