Tuck the chin and reach through the top of the head gently as if you're trying to touch a crown to the sky. Let the elbows hang heavily out of the shoulders, the fingertips hang heavily off the elbow. Once you've done that, then holding this nice structural shape, breathe in and emphasize the reaching through the top Of The Head. You want to stay with this feeling and continually train and emphasize it on the breath out. And we repeat this cycle a few times. It's important here not to visualize anything, don't imagine anything, feel.
