"I've got a stage weight of around 80 kilos and um I don't want to give my lowest low low low numbers because that was like a very unique two-week digging phase," he said. "There was steady state for over a month where I had Four to five days a week that were between 1300 to 1500 calories on average 1400 just like you were saying Um, and it did drastically change once I got my activity levels up not drastically."
