Mike: I'm fairly bearish on it from an operator perspective in that I don't know what the profit margins this business was making on our rent war. If you could run a ghost kitchen operation and charge a much more reasonable rent and still have a profitable business, then it's great because it does make it pretty easy to get open and get started. But I'm not sure what the numbers look like on their end. Great. And Mike, we haven't really touched on your move from NYC to Ohio. So you guys had agreed, one of the three of you was going to go do it. You did it.
