Senaria, if you were actually my patient, i would tunnel down into this moor. And i think it's a useful thing for you to tunnel down with a provider. But what i'm really hearing from you doesn't sound like a panic attack. It sounds like more like a bad trip. If you're working with a psychiatric provider and you're not getting better, to your satisfaction, i strongly encourage everyone out there to bring up your dissatisfaction with the psychiatric provider.
