The Importance of Parts Talking to Each Other
A lot of these models also have philosophical and metaphysical backdrops that could be incorrect or could not fit that particular context. In a lot of cases, I think like, the age of the part is probably really important for like trauma or something, but outside of that, it can be like very unnecessary something. So having parts plus a bunch of other modalities is actually like, really, really powerful. It's funny that you say they have parts talk to each other because I think I could be wrong about this by thinking, can IFS reports shouldn't be talking to each other? Oh, yeah. Like, maybe I'm not familiar with even that.
