Multi Family Units

When you go through your real estate projects ad you're looking for multi family units, a lot of people are sort of this multi family game. Is is it like supersaturated now? Do you think that, oh, now it's time to go look at some alternative assets? Or do you still think multi family is the way to go? Tremendously. I mean, we had like, very little competition when we got started. People were running for the exits. And so i it's about seeing value where others do not.
