Is It Hard With Senior Designers?

There are some games that want to be very specific with their art. And there's others that will just leave that to the environment artists. I think with junior people, it can be harder. But i red was very comfortable, like, switching my style on the go. It shouldn't be a huge issue to any experienced designer.
