The Importance of Respect in Running
In COVID, I was trail running stopped completely and there were no races happening. So I decided to focus on running on the road because what this will do, this will push me on in other areas by running that I'll then hopefully better transfer back onto the trails. And I have a bit of extra bone on my hip that limits my ability to be able to internally rotate my hip. What tends to happen is my hips drop like that in order to try and compensate to allow to give myself a little bit more of an angle.
