How Does Feedback Work

feedback is such a broad category that right if you look at research on feedback i don't know some people might be surprised but some people might not. There's two conceivable ways for feedback to work and this is me borrowing an idea by the way from clover and denisi. It could either be motivating feedback can be motivating or it can be instructive it can teach people stuff so those two things if i give a person feedback one thing that it might do is it might motivate them to learn something new.
