Is Psychoanalysis a Theory of Happiness?
Psychoanalysis as a theory rejects the notion of homeostasis at all. The idea of happiness conflicts with psychoanalytic understanding of the body. Is psychoanalysis doomed to just be kind of like a commentary on how political projects run awry? Or is there a way to, iintegrate that, to see how that undermining is itself has a kind of positive balanced so this is, i want to jump in on this.
