How to Fuel for a Triathlon

The important thing to remember is you can't fuel Tim for the first hour and 15 summer. So getting as much energy on board in this time frame as possible actually makes sense. Is there any sense in trying to load quite quickly then straight afterwards? Or do you just move into the gradual trickle feed? Yeah, so this is like something I keep thinking about when it comes to triathlon. Because many people that have a problem with running nutrition for those, I think it makes sense to fuel really well early on the bike.
