I want you to sit and think about realistically what is a queue. I always suggest to everyone to do create a workout habit for the morning. When you create time for yourself in the morning, that's time only for you. It can't be interrupted by someone wanting to hang out with having a drive kid somewhere or working late. After your first week of building this habit, can you buy yourself a small reward? Like you could buy yourself a new book, Flowers a Coffee,.
