Reason & Wellbeing

CHAPTER

The Role of Time in Circadian Rhythms

Greg Potter: Circadian rhythms are self-generated and persist when there aren't any time cues in the environment. The idea is that sometimes there are time cues that can influence rhythmic changes in biology but without affecting the actual biological clock itself. We'll return to today's subject in just a moment but before we do I'm going to be cheeky and ask a small favor. If you haven't already I'd be hugely grateful if you could review it on Apple podcasts and or share it with people that you care about  and let me know what you think of it.
