It's that misconception and lack of knowledge around thinking you're doing the right thing when in rail to probably being detrimental to yourself and your training. If you haven't got the feeling, yes there might be some things that are happening adaptive wise and you're not able to get the most out of that longer session if you would feel correctly for it. And we've our labs published a paper showing pretty much that just in the last few months as well. I think it would have been less and the other thing was like you said, ask you a feeling later.
