Breathing Techniques - How to Slow Down the Vagust Nerve

Breathing is little bit more complex. Breathe in through your nose, breath normal then for about ten to 15 seconds. Don't necessarily count it, because if you're counting it, you feel that you have to stick to this prescription. But you will only be able to stick to something depending on your own breathing pattern. Slow down your breathing, and slow it down relative to what you're already doing. And even if you slow it down by ten or 20 %, you're still making some progress.
