Do one thing at a time. Don't try to listen to music while list or listening to an audio book while doing a nature walk. Give your brain that space to really single task. You don't want that nagging productivity mind set to be yet another source of that kind of background hum of stress. We've got enough stress in our life that's imposed by external circumstances and other people that is difficult to prevent.
