i think where i've seen this a lot is understanding children and knowing that little bits are better than like dragging out things as long as possible but i didn't really think about that as um you know as as adults who have this more expanded brain writer more experience. For us too i mean the value of just these short little bouts and i've really appreciated you discussing that in the book.
