I'm Exhausted Just Listing All of Those Steps

Most people at this point expect to be able to get documents that they can sign tronically. What i've heard from my clients is they really like it because it involves far fewer steps. And if i add more steps, i've just made their life harder. If you have friction in one place, chances are it's in other places.
