Physiologic Effects of Thysides on Heart Failure Patients
Thysides are relatively mild agents. They block the sodium resorption in the distal convoluted tubule. If you give a dose of purosmide, the patient diareses, and then they retain sodium for 18 hours. Dapamide may have this magical property of nefer protection. ivy chlorothyside is the only intervenous thsid diaretic.
