Verse is a training programme that blends two or three different systems together. The gauge i use for that is arobic threshold, which is heart rate and intensity. For me it tends to be right about a hundred 55 beats per minute. So depending on where that's at will depend on kind of how i start a plan,. Or whether i look at this as like a 24 week or kind of six months build up, versus a 16 week or four month bild up.
