Is Soy Healthy?

Protein powder is not necessarily like going to be destructive to you. The only people that should be concerned with soy is anyone who has hypothyroidism. If you're, if you're a meal that you're about to eat, Scott, and you don't even need to have the protein. You could just add a can of chickpeas to your smoothie or half a can or whatever. It's coming in that health or naturally defined balance and your body will benefit from that.
