Do You Know How to Be More Diverse?
i don't believe that all organizations are going to be able to get to perfect inclusivety and perfect diversity. The main thing is to do the work. Most white people interact with a lot o other white people during their day, whereas people who are black or have uter ethnicities are interacting with whole a bigger range of people every day. i think it's a very simple thing to just look outside of yourself and who you're relating to,. and start to build connection nos utter in those other communities.
