How to Use Rest Based Training to Get Results

rest based training is a technique that allows you to completely individualize workout according to fitness level and your physical abilities. And so here's one sample workout from my 2010 book, the metabolic effect diet. It's a 20 minute workout and essentially consists of four exercises. Squat curl for 12, lunge curl for 12,. push up for 12 repetitions and a shoulder press for 12 reps.
