In the US, we have this children's book, you know, I don't know if you guys have it there too. It's Goldilocks, right? Oh, yeah. And it's through bears. And here we have it now with hot too. You can do that in a sauna. Or you can just figure out your way of doing this, but 10 to 15 minutes is what my subjects did in this study. Don't overdo it. The other thing that you've noticed also too, or that you've talked about is that brown fat is also activated by heat. But how is it different than in cold and is it less so in heat than in cold
