When you're working, we take on a new client is because this is a conversation that's part of this week on LinkedIn. A few years back, we were trying to practice a just in time kind of like delivery model where we were hiring kind of like SDRs to suit. And I'll tell you the reasons why. Again, aspiring to be lead generation experts and experts in the prospecting phase, people that we hire have to learn those lessons somewhere. It's usually better when it's not on the client's time to be perfectly honest.
