The first one we'd say is somebody that's got the virtues of humility and hunger. But they lack emotional intelligence. They're not smart. And I have a lot of time for these people, Cody,. Their intentions are good but what we call them is the accidental mess maker. We call this the lovable slacker. These are wonderful people too and might be a great neighbor or a great friend. But when you work on a team with them, they usually do just enough to survive...and maybe a little less.
