I love how you talked about candidate experience because let's be honest and transparent, ghosting candidates is real and it happens. Oftentimes people in our industry move on quickly from an associate up to a partner when a candidate is no longer viable on a slate. There are ways to close the loop. I think it's more clumsy over being personal where people get busy. The next time you feel you've been ghosted, try lobbying in an email, just checking in to follow up.
