How Many Exercises Per Day?

Don't do too much in any given workout. Do a split, right? If you're doing four days a week, upper and lower on different days, give yourself enough time to recover. Total number of exercises in a day will usually range from three at the absolute least to eight to 10 at the absolute most. The more trained you are and the better shape you're in, more exercises are an option, not an obligation.
