Are Multi-Armed Bandits the Next Thing to "Kill CRO" ?

From A to B

CHAPTER

How to Define a Test?

A test is has to have a control and a test relatively evenly split because you're looking at lifts. I don't think a multi arm bandit fits under a technical definition of a test for those reasons, but I could be convinced on the other side. You can run tests in which there is no control. It's still a test. People that gravitate more towards doing multi arm bandits versus optimist like experimentation are people that are more generally fixated on identifying wins as quickly as possible.
