How Do You Measure Your Top Leaders' Performance?

Rowan: I think it is a leadership thing where you start with the filing full potential with an open mindset. Once ambitious targets through full potential are set, the question that typically follows is how do we measure an incentivized performance of our top leaders in the ideal way? And here clients share that they're facing two contrasting pressures. The first one is we want to define performance more broadly. We want to have ESG considerations as well. At the same time, the push at least from top 20 top 25 leaders in a company is towards having focused KPIs that their individual performance is measured on.
