75% of reps in our market are using a digital note-taking solution to collect information about their customers. Evernote is not deeply connected to the systems that you use most regularly, your email, your calendar, your CRM. It doesn't understand where those people are in a selling cycle and kind of what you should be mentioning to them. So, we tried to make the switch as seamless as possible. We definitely have users across both roles. The strongest fit thus far has been with executives.
