i'm one of those people that if i don't eat, it totally affects me. I want to try and be as centred as possible when i'm making decisions or having influence. There's you right now, and then there's you when you're hungry. Andandase ri and bs, i am not taking care of myself. It's actually a little cathotic to hear you saying this, because, yescause i am given the biggest eye rolls when you ask i am so annoying.
Discernment is at the core of what it means to be an Essentialist.
It helps us sort through the trivial many and identify the essential few. It allows us to see things as they really are. It guides our intuition, helping us make decisions and take actions that really matter.
Join me and my wife Anna as we discuss how we can become better at discerning the world around us.
In this episode, we talk about:
- Recognizing the inklings of discernment
- Trusting your intuition
- How to develop discernment in the different areas of your life
