Zazen Meditation - A Practice of Embodiment
Zazen is a practice of embodiment, because body and mind are not two separate things. The essence of the cazen posture is sitting deliberately, upright and motionless. Your spine should be expanded up in a straight but natural line as if it were hanging from the ceiling on a string that's attached to the crown of your head. If you sit zazen in a public place like an airport or a park, people should think you look weird.
